Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Connor Reynolds took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Southaven AFC. Aurelio Rainey stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ezra Bowen. 1-0. After 8 played minutes Southaven AFC got a freekick which was hit by Randall Oakley. Weston Potter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alistair Ramsey struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ezra Bowen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Southaven AFC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Coppack in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ezra Bowen saved Massapequa from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joey Zeigler during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joey Zeigler hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Ezra Bowen had great luck who in the 16thth minute grab hold of the ball when Freddy Coppack from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Massapequa's Napoleon Ulrich managed to work through Southaven AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Napoleon Ulrich dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 21 minutes into the match, Southaven AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Regan came free, but Louis Young reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joey Zeigler kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Weston Potter might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezra Bowen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Weston Potter ran back to his position shaking his head. Napoleon Ulrich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Southaven AFC's zone, Napoleon Ulrich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Louis Young came out of the goal and Napoleon Ulrich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Napoleon Ulrich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezra Bowen made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Weston Potter sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Ezra Bowen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Weston Potter in the 51st minute of play. Weston Potter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Weston Potter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ezra Bowen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Weston Potter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Freddy Coppack made a precise shot to the right of Ezra Bowen. Massapequa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ezra Bowen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Coppack, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ezra Bowen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giuseppe Aranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Louis Young showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monroe Starks, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Massapequa's goal looked a bit too open when Weston Potter came free, but Ezra Bowen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Freddy Coppack had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Napoleon Ulrich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Louis Young tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Southaven AFC's Freddy Coppack got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Louis Young made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Napoleon Ulrich sent off a good shot on target. Southaven AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Massapequa for a fine match.
