Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sung Delong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Al Kenney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Woody Parson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Woody Parson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Al Kenney made a huge save. When Tom Whaley came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Corcoran FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Whaley couldn't finish the play. With his leg Al Kenney managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Taos's Woody Parson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Porter McCullough's late challenge caught a Corcoran FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Porter McCullough helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Taos getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Porter McCullough hit a great ball. When Milo Givens came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Corcoran FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milo Givens couldn't finish the play. Milo Givens might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Parker Swift. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milo Givens ran back to his position shaking his head. Taos's Parker Swift played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Whaley in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Corcoran FC's Al Kenney got control of the ball when Woody Parson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Woody Parson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Al Kenney having to interfere. Parker Swift made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milo Givens in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 minutes, Rodolfo McGraw mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corcoran FC and the Taos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rodolfo McGraw hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Corcoran FC's zone, Woody Parson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Al Kenney came out of the goal and Woody Parson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th match minute, Taos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sung Delong to maneuver through the defense. Tom Whaley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd play minute Woody Parson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Al Kenney. 1-0. 47 minutes into the game, Tom Whaley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corcoran FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Taos the free kick. Tom Whaley kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Sung Delong made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Woody Parson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Al Kenney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Sawyer's late challenge caught a Taos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florian Sawyer helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Corcoran FC's Florian Sawyer got a free kick in the 54th minute. Taos's Sung Delong got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Al Kenney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Woody Parson in the 58th minute of play. When Taos's Woody Parson in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corcoran FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st match minute, Corcoran FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Couch to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Taos booed when Corcoran FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo McGraw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Woody Parson struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Al Kenney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taos. In the 70th minute, Christian Bonds hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Milo Givens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corcoran FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Milo Givens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Parker Swift breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tom Whaley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Parker Swift having to interfere. Al Kenney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sung Delong, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Tracy Kerr kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Corcoran FC's Tom Whaley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Parker Swift made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Guillermo Rushing hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Corcoran FC's Tom Whaley slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Parker Swift. That made the score 1-2 after 90 minutes of play. In the 93rd minute, Caleb Grant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Bonds sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Corcoran FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
