Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Stanford Johns made the kick off and thus started the match. Arthur Shaw fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Tapia having to interfere. Russ Daniels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Etowah AFC booed when Hurlingham Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel York didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Savage, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 18th match minute, Hurlingham Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dillon Valdez to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Shelton Malone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stuart Montgomery. Hurlingham Warriors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shelton Malone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Russ Daniels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Stuart Montgomery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stuart Montgomery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shelton Malone in the 25th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Etowah AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Hayes. In the 30th minute, Denis Savage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shelton Malone in the 33rd minute of play forced Hurlingham Warriors's goalkeeper Stuart Montgomery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calvin Tapia made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Arthur Shaw sent off a good shot on target. Arthur Shaw sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hurlingham Warriors's Stuart Montgomery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Russ Daniels in the 45th minute of play. Russ Daniels might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stuart Montgomery. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Russ Daniels ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Russ Daniels was the one to do the kick off. Calvin Tapia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanford Johns in the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Etowah AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Elliott Hayes hit a great ball. Arthur Shaw sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 played minutes Hurlingham Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel York. 66 minutes into the match, Hurlingham Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Russ Daniels came free, but Stuart Montgomery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. From a short distance, Etowah AFC's Russ Daniels, in the 67th minute, tried to place the ball behind Stuart Montgomery, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Stuart Montgomery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russ Daniels, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Shelton Malone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Stuart Montgomery was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stuart Montgomery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russ Daniels, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Shelton Malone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Stuart Montgomery made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Russ Daniels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shelton Malone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Stuart Montgomery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russ Daniels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Stuart Montgomery managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Etowah AFC's Shelton Malone fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Hurlingham Warriors getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Dillon Valdez hit a great ball. Etowah AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Denis Savage in the 88th minute. Denis Savage made a great header on Etowah AFC's corner, it was just that Hurlingham Warriors's Stuart Montgomery managed to reach the ball for a save. Shelton Malone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stuart Montgomery having to interfere. When Russ Daniels came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Etowah AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Russ Daniels couldn't finish the play. Etowah AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
