Alexander Pittmans short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Eric Staples to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Stanford Rowe kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Monte Cantrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Staples was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Monte Cantrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexander Pittman got free with Eric Staples in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boyce Padilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Whitney Howe in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Jorge Adair mouthed his way into the referee's book. Nassau Bay FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Whitney Howe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The supporters of Nassau Bay FC booed when Milwaukee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Whitney Howe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Whitney Howe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Boyce Padilla skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Milwaukee's Jorge Adair got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Alexander Pittman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nassau Bay FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Pittman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Alexander Pittman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eric Staples. Milwaukee's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexander Pittman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 82 minutes into the match, Alexander Pittman notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Milwaukee's Eric Staples. Eric Staples was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milwaukee's goalkeeper Eric Staples, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Pittman in the 89th minute of play forced Milwaukee's goalkeeper Eric Staples to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyce Padilla having to interfere. Milwaukee's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
