Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lawrence Willis started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Pupukea's Dalton Rhodes got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Antonio Roe struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Chris Singletary didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pupukea. Tomas Gillis's late challenge caught a Pupukea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Gillis helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes Federal Way got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Gillis. Harry Bannister charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Bannister the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Federal Way booed when Pupukea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Bannister didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chris Singletary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Roe in the 14th minute of play. If Antonio Roe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawrence Willis in the 19th minute of play forced Pupukea's goalkeeper Darren Bowser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Singletary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Roe in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to Federal Way getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Tomas Gillis hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Federal Way's Noah MacDowell got a free kick in the 29th minute. Sidney Purvis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sidney Purvis made a kick off. Antonio Roe might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chris Singletary. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Roe ran back to his position shaking his head. Darren Bowser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lawrence Willis in the 59th minute of the match. After 61 minutes Pupukea's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Noah MacDowell who took care of the corner kick. 62 minutes into the match, Federal Way's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Purvis came free, but Chris Singletary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monroe Farley was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Antonio Roe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Singletary having to interfere. Chris Singletary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Purvis in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Federal Way's Odell Thurman got a free kick in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Federal Way's zone, Sidney Purvis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Singletary came out of the goal and Sidney Purvis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Chris Singletary successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Pupukea's Sidney Purvis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chris Singletary. That made the score 1-2 after 87 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lawrence Willis in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Darren Bowser saved Pupukea from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, Pupukea's goal looked a bit too open when Sterling Willoughby came free, but Darren Bowser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Federal Way's Chris Singletary got control of the ball when Antonio Roe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Federal Way's Odell Thurman got a free kick in the 96th minute.
