Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lawrence Willis kicked off to start the match. Chris Singletary came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Barnstable Village AFC's Shelton Randall. But to his dismay, Shelton Randall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lawrence Willis during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lawrence Willis kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Phillip Regan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Chris Singletary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Shepherd in the 13th minute of the match. Wallace Gabriel charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wallace Gabriel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wallace Gabriel hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Noah MacDowell sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Phillip Regan skillfully saved the ball. Lawrence Willis was shown his second yellow card after 19 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Barnstable Village AFC booed when Federal Way was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lawrence Willis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federal Way's Chris Singletary played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Shepherd in the 25th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Gillis during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Barnstable Village AFC booed when Federal Way was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Gillis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federal Way's Chris Singletary played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Shepherd in the 27th minute of play. Sterling Willoughby could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Phillip Regan made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Wallace Gabriel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chris Singletary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shelton Randall in the 34th minute of the match. Shelton Randall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Singletary having to interfere. Odell Thurman hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Barnstable Village AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shelton Randall to make the kick off. Chris Singletary was a little too slow when Shelton Randall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-3. Ramiro Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Singletary having to interfere. If Shelton Randall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ollie Gunn struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Chris Singletary didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barnstable Village AFC. If Shelton Randall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 78 minutes, Ramiro Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barnstable Village AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Shepherd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enoch Gilliam's late challenge caught a Barnstable Village AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enoch Gilliam helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Federal Way got a freekick which was hit by Enoch Gilliam. Ramiro Shepherd charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramiro Shepherd the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Barnstable Village AFC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ramiro Shepherd hit a great ball. Chris Singletary made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shelton Randall in the 93rd minute of play. During the 96th minute of the match Tomas Gillis completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tomas Gillis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Barnstable Village AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
