Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute William Arroyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Means saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas McAlpin hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Will Baltazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Means having to interfere. With a little luck, Myrtle Grove's Marco Means got control of the ball when Will Baltazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dennis Hearn kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Natchitoches's Eric Vaughn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Elliot in the 34th minute of play. When Vance Blevins fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Myrtle Grove's protests and gave Vance Blevins a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Natchitoches booed when Myrtle Grove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vance Blevins didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Myrtle Grove's Asher Ibarra got a free kick in the 38th minute. William Arroyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Means having to interfere. Myrtle Grove's Marco Means played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Arroyo in the 41st minute of play. Marco Means stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Arroyo's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Eric Vaughn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Elliot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Piper to make the kick off. Natchitoches's Eric Vaughn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Natchitoches from getting a goal against them. In the 54th match minute, Natchitoches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Drew to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Myrtle Grove's Aidan Gary got a free kick in the 56th minute. Will Baltazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Natchitoches getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. William Arroyo hit a great ball. Santiago Elliot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eric Vaughn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Eric Vaughn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonas Piper showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 69 minute of play. Marco Means made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Arroyo in the 77th minute of play. After 77 minutes, Dennis Hearn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Myrtle Grove and the Natchitoches players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Myrtle Grove's Dennis Hearn got a free kick in the 77th minute. Marco Means stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Will Baltazar's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. If William Arroyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonas Piper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Eric Vaughn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Jonas Piper took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Eric Vaughn to make any attempt to save it. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
