Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Troy Park started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Wilfred Tidwell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bobby Sheridan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfred Tidwell went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Wilfred Tidwell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Bobby Sheridan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Timmonsville AFC booed when Wyomissing was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danial Evans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kerry Wall received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bobby Sheridan came out and tried to block the shot, but Kerry Wall slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 17th minute. Winford Day hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Alfredo McClure hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Wyomissing got a corner. Timmonsville AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daryl Moyer ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kerry Wall in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bobby Sheridan saved Wyomissing from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Timmonsville AFC's zone, Joey Metz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Richmond came out of the goal and Joey Metz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Troy Park in the 35th minute of play forced Timmonsville AFC's goalkeeper Aurelio Richmond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Winford Day during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Wyomissing booed when Timmonsville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Winford Day didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joey Metz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Aurelio Richmond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Aurelio Richmond made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cyrus Reed in the 51st minute. Wilfred Tidwell might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bobby Sheridan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilfred Tidwell ran back to his position shaking his head. If Joey Metz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 60th minute Troy Park shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Richmond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 62 minutes, Kerry Wall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timmonsville AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kerry Wall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 63 minutes of play Timmonsville AFC's Winford Day was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Wyomissing's Joey Metz got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Wilfred Tidwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joey Metz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75thth minute of the game Troy Park who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Timmonsville AFC's Aurelio Richmond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilfred Tidwell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Bobby Sheridan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bobby Sheridan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerry Wall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Timmonsville AFC had won after a very even match.
