He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ottawa Hills FC reached it. After 18 minutes of play, Mobile's Patrick McHugh made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxwell McDonald was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ottawa Hills FC's Maxwell McDonald proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Ottawa Hills FC from getting a goal against them. Jared Rosales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Hugo Castaneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ottawa Hills FC's Maxwell McDonald proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ottawa Hills FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Ottawa Hills FC booed when Mobile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Byron Blake didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teddy Wray fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mobile's protests and gave Teddy Wray a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ottawa Hills FC's goalkeeper Maxwell McDonald, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mobile fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ottawa Hills FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
