Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lawrence Wolf got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Knights SC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Johnnie Gallegos hit a great ball. After 9 minutes of play, Knights SC's Sheldon Crandall made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gordon Gil was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 14 minutes, Duane Cantrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS Monaco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duane Cantrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sheldon Crandall struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Gordon Gil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knights SC. Sheldon Crandall's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gordon Gil firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 24 minutes of play, AS Monaco FC's Joaquin Roe made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul McPherson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute, Johnnie Gallegos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute Denis Bolden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gordon Gil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lawrence Wolf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul McPherson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lawrence Wolf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Denis Bolden's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gordon Gil was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Denis Bolden managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knights SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Bolden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gordon Gil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Bolden to make the kick off. If Joaquin Roe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sheldon Crandall kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Knights SC's goal looked a bit too open when Lawrence Wolf came free, but Raul McPherson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sheldon Crandall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordon Gil having to interfere. Joaquin Roe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul McPherson having to interfere. Knights SC's Sheldon Crandall got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raul McPherson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lawrence Wolf's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Sheldon Crandall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gordon Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AS Monaco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knights SC the free kick. In the 91st minute there was a penalty for Knights SC. Guy Whitmore stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gordon Gil. 3-1. Sheldon Crandall struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gordon Gil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knights SC. Knights SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
