Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Earl Barlow got the match started through his kick off. Elton Otero was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Alvin German capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alvin German really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Man City's Elton Otero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Man City from getting a goal against them. Lanny Banning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvin German fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elton Otero having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Man City got a freekick which was hit by Quinn Aguilera. Derek Gabriel kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Otis Kuhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derek Gabriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Griffins's Forrest Valdez got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Clayton Barger made a precise shot to the right of Otis Kuhn. Griffins's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 30 played minutes Griffins got a freekick which was hit by Forrest Valdez. After 31 played minutes, Man City's Archie Craig shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Otis Kuhn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Man City reached it. A collision led to Man City getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Clayton Barger hit a great ball. In the 34th match minute, Griffins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcolm Meyer to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Griffins's goal looked a bit too open when Derek Gabriel came free, but Otis Kuhn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Griffins's Otis Kuhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derek Gabriel in the 38th minute of play. Otis Kuhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derek Gabriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Man City's Archie Craig was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Otis Kuhn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Otis Kuhn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derek Gabriel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lanny Banning got free with Elton Otero in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Man City getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bronson Devine hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Derek Gabriel made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Clayton Barger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Otis Kuhn was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Derek Gabriel kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quinn Aguilera during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Quinn Aguilera hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of Griffins booed when Man City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinn Aguilera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Otis Kuhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Gabriel in the 64th minute of play. Man City's Quinn Aguilera got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Quinn Aguilera off the ground. In the 65th minute, Quinn Aguilera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clayton Barger hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Lanny Banning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvin German sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elton Otero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lanny Banning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Alvin German got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Derek Gabriel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the game, Monty Burns recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Otis Kuhn. Monty Burns showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 93rd match minute, Man City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clayton Barger to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Griffins booed when Man City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Derek Gabriel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lanny Banning struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Elton Otero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Griffins.
