The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dillon Eaton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristopher Pierce in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bronson Fournier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the match, Frederick's goal looked a bit too open when Dillon Eaton came free, but Lawrence Bachman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lawrence Bachman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Dillon Eaton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lawrence Bachman was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. 22 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kristopher Pierce came free, but Bronson Fournier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dillon Eaton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lawrence Bachman having to interfere. Carson Karros was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Manchester United FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Rigoberto Bruner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lawrence Doyle hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The supporters of Frederick booed when Manchester United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milo Mayes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 minutes of play, Frederick's Kristopher Pierce made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bronson Fournier was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dillon Eaton to strike the kick off in the second half. Manchester United FC's Carson Karros got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute Dillon Eaton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Bachman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes Frederick got a freekick which was hit by Lawrence Doyle. Carson Karros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Lawrence Bachman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carson Karros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lawrence Bachman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carson Karros in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match Junior Hollingsworth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lawrence Bachman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carson Karros struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Lawrence Bachman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United FC. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Dillon Eaton sped through Frederick's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lawrence Bachman. Manchester United FC's Bronson Fournier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristopher Pierce in the 82nd minute of play. Dillon Eaton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lawrence Bachman having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Frederick's goal looked a bit too open when Carson Karros came free, but Lawrence Bachman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lawrence Bachman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carson Karros in the 93rd minute of the match. Marshall Butler's late challenge caught a Manchester United FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marshall Butler helped the player get up and apologised. 96 minutes into the game, one of Frederick:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Paul Kimball shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When the referee ended the match the Manchester United FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
