Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Freddie Werner made the kick off and thus started the match. Cedric Farris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Lyle in the 3rd minute of the match. When Freddie Werner came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Princeton Athletic Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddie Werner couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute, Kristopher Skinner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfred Traylor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Palm City AFC's Hank Horne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cedric Farris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 34 minutes, Kasey Carrey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palm City AFC and the Princeton Athletic Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wilfred Traylor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cedric Farris having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hank Horne in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cedric Farris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hank Horne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Curt Pollard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palm City AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Princeton Athletic Club the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Palm City AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasey Carrey to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Princeton Athletic Club's Sherman West tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Wilfred Traylor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Hank Horne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Princeton Athletic Club's Cedric Farris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hank Horne in the 66th minute of play. In the 71st minute of the match, Hank Horne tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cedric Farris saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Freddie Werner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Palm City AFC's Kasey Carrey got a free kick in the 75th minute. Danial Daley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jay McNeil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jay McNeil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddie Werner, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Wilfred Traylor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Cedric Farris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 86th minute of the match Kasey Carrey completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kasey Carrey a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Palm City AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Kasey Carrey hit a great ball. Princeton Athletic Club's Sherman West couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Palm City AFC. Jay McNeil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddie Werner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 95 minutes, Hank Horne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palm City AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hank Horne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Palm City AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
