Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vanquish Utd's Freddie Elder started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Vanquish Utd's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sammy Cardenas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Freddie Elder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 9 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Potter. In the 10th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Potter to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Vanquish Utd's Domenico McLaughlin tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, Vanquish Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rex Frey to maneuver through the defense. After 15 played minutes Vanquish Utd got a freekick which was hit by Gerald Thomson. Kirby Pina was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rex Frey during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Rex Frey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sammy Cardenas in the 26th minute of play forced Vanquish Utd's goalkeeper Moises Burks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Burks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sammy Cardenas in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Sammy Cardenas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sammy Cardenas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sammy Cardenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Arsenal's Sammy Cardenas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moises Burks narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cole Soto might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moises Burks. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cole Soto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th minute, Sammy Cardenas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sammy Cardenas to make the kick off. Moises Burks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sammy Cardenas in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddie Elder in the 55th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Duncan Salas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachery Howell's late challenge caught a Arsenal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zachery Howell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Zachery Howell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Sammy Cardenas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Sammy Cardenas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moises Burks was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vanquish Utd's goalkeeper Moises Burks, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Sammy Cardenas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Duncan Salas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddie Elder, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Freddie Elder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Duncan Salas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ed McCormick during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ed McCormick kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Duncan Salas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rex Frey in the 82nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Cole Soto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Moises Burks was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arsenal were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vanquish Utd for a fine match.
