Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Forrest Ferreira started the match with the kick off. Roy Fry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Forrest Ferreira in the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Nigel Arredondo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Manchester City's Son Peters. Son Peters was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nigel Arredondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Basil Villegas during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Burlingame FC's Basil Villegas got a free kick in the 17th minute. Edgardo Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Roy Fry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester City's goalkeeper Son Peters, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Skaggs in the 33rd minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Son Peters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nigel Arredondo scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Son Peters, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Saul Skaggs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44thth minute of the game Bo Calloway who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester City's Son Peters was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Calloway came free, but Son Peters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nigel Arredondo was the one to do the kick off. Nigel Arredondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roy Fry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Rosado in the 56th minute of the match. Emilio Nixon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute Edgardo Rosado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Fry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roy Fry came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester City's Edgardo Rosado. But to his dismay, Edgardo Rosado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Nigel Arredondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bo Calloway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo Calloway got free with Son Peters in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nigel Arredondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Son Peters having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Burlingame FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
