Chamberlayne's Tobiasz Harendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Preston Rowland in the 8th minute of play. In the 12th minute Preston Rowland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Harendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Dale Washington hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Graig Espinoza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Iron Maiden FC's Eddy Petty got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Chamberlayne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graig Espinoza to maneuver through the defense. Thurman Buddle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shaun Weller was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Chamberlayne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lyle Harrell to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Preston Rowland reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tobiasz Harendarski. The goal made the score 0-1. Eddy Petty hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Blaine Gibbs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shaun Weller in the 64th minute of the match. Thurman Buddle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blaine Gibbs having to interfere. Tobiasz Harendarski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dana Deaton in the 76th minute. Blaine Gibbs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shaun Weller, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A hard shot by Dale Washington from long distance, 84 minutes into the match, got Tobiasz Harendarski's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Randell Holley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blaine Gibbs having to interfere. The Iron Maiden FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
