After a defensive mix-up in Leeds's zone, Domenic Lockhart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Domenec came out of the goal and Domenic Lockhart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 played minutes Danny Napier rounded Wallingford AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The audience was convinced that Danny Napier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jay Booker was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Danny Napier made the kick off in the second half. Ramiro Domenec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Atkins in the 54th minute. Danny Napier might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jay Booker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danny Napier ran back to his position shaking his head. Joe Burkett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Wallingford AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Theron Mayfield hit a great ball. Ramiro Domenec was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domenic Lockhart showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 69 minute of play. With his leg Ramiro Domenec managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Wallingford AFC's Fernando Atkins fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nathanial Blanco during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Atkins got free with Ramiro Domenec in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leeds's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
