Frankie Wolff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 13 minutes, Frankie Wolff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chicago Knights's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frankie Wolff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Chicago Knights's Yong Avila got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Blaine Tyler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Winston Morgan. Chicago Knights's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Blaine Tyler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Malakas FC's Neil Pierre dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 24th minute, Dudley Davila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blaine Tyler struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Winston Morgan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malakas FC. In the 30th match minute, Chicago Knights was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deshawn Mott to maneuver through the defense. Chicago Knights's Winston Morgan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Chicago Knights from getting a goal against them.

Landon Puckett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Redding in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Malakas FC's Blaine Tyler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Winston Morgan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Frankie Wolff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Landon Puckett having to interfere. Reynaldo Redding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Landon Puckett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neil Pierre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Winston Morgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chicago Knights's zone, Neil Pierre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Winston Morgan came out of the goal and Neil Pierre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th match minute, Chicago Knights was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oren Parra to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Monroe Gates sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chicago Knights's Winston Morgan didn't even have to move. Rashad Winslow lost his temper 88 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chicago Knights fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Malakas FC a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Monroe Gates, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chicago Knights's Winston Morgan. 5-0. After some careless play in the Chicago Knights defense, Neil Pierre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Winston Morgan. The Chicago Knights fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Winston Morgan should have stopped the shot.
