Connor Byrd started the match with the kick off. Johnson Stanton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blair Moon went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dalton Sylvester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heriberto Huber, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Reyes McCarthy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnson Stanton having to interfere. Blair Moon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Blair Moon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Heriberto Huber charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heriberto Huber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Heriberto Huber kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Fosiedal FF's Reyes McCarthy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johnson Stanton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Reyes McCarthy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnson Stanton having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reyes McCarthy to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Robby Gibson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fosiedal FF and the Gooners players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robby Gibson hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ethan Guthrie's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Dalton Sylvester skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 55th minute, Ethan Guthrie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Gooners defense, Reyes McCarthy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johnson Stanton. The Gooners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johnson Stanton should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Connor Byrd in the 66th minute of play forced Fosiedal FF's goalkeeper Dalton Sylvester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalton Sylvester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Connor Byrd, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71st match minute, Gooners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Connor Byrd to maneuver through the defense. If Blair Moon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gooners's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Johnson Stanton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blair Moon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Blair Moon in the 85th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Joesph Boyer charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joesph Boyer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joesph Boyer hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Reyes McCarthy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnson Stanton having to interfere. There was no doubt that Fosiedal FF were the better team. Fosiedal FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
