Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Brady Flynn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wally Weaver having to interfere. Von Woodson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rufus Diamond, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Rufus Diamond who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nene Fc's Von Woodson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Rufus Diamond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlantic Beach FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rufus Diamond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Von Woodson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rufus Diamond hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Nick Corbin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wally Weaver having to make a save. Nick Corbin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Wally Weaver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Wally Weaver managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Nene Fc's Nick Corbin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 36 minutes into the match, Nene Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Rupert Thacker came free, but Von Woodson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nene Fc's Von Woodson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rupert Thacker in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nene Fc's Vincenzo Hicks got a free kick in the 39th minute. Alfonso Aguilera was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brady Flynn to make the kick off. Rupert Thacker was extremely unlucky when he, in the 52nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Von Woodson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rufus Diamond in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute Rufus Diamond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Von Woodson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes Nene Fc got a freekick which was hit by Tom Atwood. Rupert Thacker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Von Woodson having to interfere. Atlantic Beach FC's Rufus Diamond got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rupert Thacker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Nene Fc's goalkeeper Von Woodson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rupert Thacker. A collision led to Atlantic Beach FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Al Foley hit a great ball. When Rupert Thacker came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Atlantic Beach FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rupert Thacker couldn't finish the play. Von Woodson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rupert Thacker in the 77th minute. In the 78th match minute, Nene Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jason Stratton to maneuver through the defense. Rupert Thacker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Von Woodson made a huge save. Vincenzo Hicks's late challenge caught a Atlantic Beach FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vincenzo Hicks helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, Nene Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincenzo Hicks to maneuver through the defense. Nene Fc's Von Woodson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Nene Fc from getting a goal against them. Rufus Diamond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute Brady Flynn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wally Weaver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
