Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Freddy Stone made the kick off and thus started the match. Lions of Quenns's Alan Land played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Stone in the 3rd minute of play. Santiago Kiser struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Alan Land didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Citizens FC. After 10 minutes of play, Citizens FC's Eddie Richey made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alan Land was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Marvin Tran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Citizens FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marvin Tran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan Land breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Citizens FC's Eddie Richey got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emerson Goldberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Jeremiah Foster made a precise shot to the right of Lloyd Spence. Citizens FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Eddie Richey who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Alan Land when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Bennett Stroud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Freddy Stone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Citizens FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Stone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lloyd Spence took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roderick Chappelle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Ramon Goff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roderick Chappelle in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lloyd Spence prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roderick Chappelle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alan Land made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Stone in the 60th minute of play. When Santiago Kiser came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Citizens FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Kiser couldn't finish the play. Freddy Stone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan Land having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lions of Quenns's zone, Eddie Richey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alan Land came out of the goal and Eddie Richey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Freddy Stone made a precise shot to the right of Alan Land. Lions of Quenns's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Bennett Stroud succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. When Freddy Stone came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Citizens FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Stone couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Bannister in the 94th minute of play forced Citizens FC's goalkeeper Lloyd Spence to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Citizens FC's goalkeeper Lloyd Spence had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremiah Foster. When the referee ended the match the Citizens FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
