Tyrone Zapata hit a great ball. Trent Harding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Alfonzo Mattson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Sherwood Rangel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonzo Mattson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyrone Zapata in the 12th minute of play. After 14 minutes La Scaloneta FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Clinton McNeal who took care of the corner kick. In the 16th minute Trent Harding shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonzo Mattson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugh Toth kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Summerset Aisle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chance Anderson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of La Scaloneta FC booed when Summerset Aisle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quintin Spaulding didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clinton McNeal's late challenge caught a La Scaloneta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clinton McNeal helped the player get up and apologised. Clinton McNeal hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jonathon Foreman charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathon Foreman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. La Scaloneta FC's Alfonzo Mattson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyrone Zapata in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trent Harding in the 37th minute of play forced La Scaloneta FC's goalkeeper Alfonzo Mattson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonzo Mattson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trent Harding, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Forrest Randolph took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfonzo Mattson. La Scaloneta FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tyson Walton to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Tyson Walton put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Raul Villalobos. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Summerset Aisle:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Scaloneta FC:s goal. Ken Ibarra walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 66th minute Alberto Tracy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raul Villalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyson Walton, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Rainey in the 73rd minute of play forced Summerset Aisle's goalkeeper Raul Villalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
