Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Charles City's Bailey Wooten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Alberto Tracy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Scaloneta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tracy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 4 played minutes Charles City got a freekick which was hit by Blake Burger. La Scaloneta FC's Alfonzo Mattson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bailey Wooten in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Blake Burger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfonzo Mattson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Benton, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Bailey Wooten sped through La Scaloneta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfonzo Mattson. Bailey Wooten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonzo Mattson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes La Scaloneta FC got a freekick which was hit by Neal Watts. 17 minutes into the game, Charles City's Harry Benton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfonzo Mattson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Blake Burger fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Charles City's protests and gave Blake Burger a yellow card for diving instead. Harry Benton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tracy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richie Keys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyson Walton, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Alberto Tracy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Richie Keys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Bailey Wooten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Scaloneta FC's Alfonzo Mattson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Harry Benton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harry Benton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonzo Mattson having to interfere. In the 45thth minute of the game Bailey Wooten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Scaloneta FC's Alfonzo Mattson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tyson Walton to make the kick off. Rusty Hadley hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Jerry Lassiter hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Porter Cuevas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 66 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of La Scaloneta FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Charles City:s goal. Olin Zimmer placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Bailey Wooten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charles City's supporters rose to their feet, but Bailey Wooten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonzo Mattson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Blake Burger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfonzo Mattson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bailey Wooten in the 75th minute of play. Harry Benton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bailey Wooten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alfonzo Mattson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonzo Mattson made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Harry Benton sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, Charles City's Bailey Wooten ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfonzo Mattson. Alfonzo Mattson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. A collision led to Charles City getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bailey Wooten hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Charles City's Rusty Hadley got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Charles City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
