Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hans Albright got the match started through his kick off. Devin Purvis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Ziegler in the 4th minute of play. Randy Whitten's late challenge caught a Scottsdale FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Randy Whitten helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, one of Bermuda Dunes FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bermuda Dunes FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Quintin McAlpin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bermuda Dunes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Quintin McAlpin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joseph Barnhart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Scottsdale FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bermuda Dunes FC:s goal. In the 19th match minute, Scottsdale FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Ziegler to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alistair Parks during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th minute, Alistair Parks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quintin McAlpin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Barnhart having to interfere. Scottsdale FC's Joseph Barnhart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintin McAlpin in the 27th minute of play. Abraham Mora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joseph Barnhart read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abraham Mora in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Barnhart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Quintin McAlpin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bermuda Dunes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Quintin McAlpin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joseph Barnhart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Bermuda Dunes FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lazaro Fox hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Mora in the 44th minute of play forced Scottsdale FC's goalkeeper Joseph Barnhart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abraham Mora was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Quintin McAlpin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joseph Barnhart was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Joseph Barnhart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Mora in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Quintin McAlpin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bermuda Dunes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 67th minute, Orville Delaney made a precise shot to the right of Devin Purvis. Bermuda Dunes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Joseph Barnhart didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quintin McAlpin went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Quintin McAlpin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicholas Coffey kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Quintin McAlpin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Joseph Barnhart was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Omar Johnson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bryant Mott during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bryant Mott hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
