Ricky Gray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johnathon McDonough in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ricky Gray, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Emery Brandt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Randolph having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Emery Brandt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ahamdullilah's supporters rose to their feet, but Emery Brandt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathaniel Randolph breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 20 minutes, Deon Hawthorne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rocky Ford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deon Hawthorne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Rocky Ford's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Ellison came free, but Nathaniel Randolph reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nathaniel Randolph took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emery Brandt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ahamdullilah booed when Rocky Ford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Archie Lanier didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ahamdullilah getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Alfonso Covington hit a great ball. Ahamdullilah's Ricky Gray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Ahamdullilah from getting a goal against them.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deon Hawthorne was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ahamdullilah's Sid Staples got a free kick in the 55th minute. Emery Brandt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nathaniel Randolph tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricky Gray came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Rocky Ford's Deon Hawthorne. But to his dismay, Deon Hawthorne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When Deon Hawthorne came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Rocky Ford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deon Hawthorne couldn't finish the play. Alfonso Covington kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rocky Ford's Archie Lanier got a free kick in the 76th minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Deon Hawthorne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rocky Ford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deon Hawthorne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnathon McDonough in the 86th minute of play forced Ahamdullilah's goalkeeper Ricky Gray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rocky Ford fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Rocky Ford's Deon Hawthorne looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the Rocky Ford players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
