Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) CSyD Almafuerte's Spencer Webb started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Johnathon Hoff blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tuan Napier having to make a save. Tuan Napier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spencer Webb in the 6th minute of play. With 6 minutes on the clock, Bruce Burnham commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Jessie Goss kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Dylan Lott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28thth minute of the game Dylan Lott who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CSyD Almafuerte's Glenn Cardwell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Effingham booed when CSyD Almafuerte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddie Ferrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Dylan Lott had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Glenn Cardwell. CSyD Almafuerte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dylan Lott was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Dylan Lott managed to get in a good position for a shot. Effingham's supporters rose to their feet, but Dylan Lott was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Glenn Cardwell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Effingham's Tuan Napier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spencer Webb in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Val Mabry in the 39th minute of play forced Effingham's goalkeeper Tuan Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Sandy Coffman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Effingham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSyD Almafuerte the free kick. The supporters of CSyD Almafuerte booed when Effingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandy Coffman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Freddie Ferrell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tuan Napier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Dylan Lott made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, CSyD Almafuerte's Johnathon Hoff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tuan Napier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Val Mabry hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Dylan Lott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chad Hare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dylan Lott who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Glenn Cardwell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Frankie Alvarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dylan Lott recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spencer Webb in the 89th minute of play forced Effingham's goalkeeper Tuan Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Effingham got a freekick which was hit by Sandy Coffman. Tuan Napier came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by CSyD Almafuerte's Johnathon Hoff. But to his dismay, Johnathon Hoff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
