Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rudy Stovall got the match started through his kick off. Elder Arantes scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lenny Hartley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Geoffrey Chamberlain dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lenny Hartley, 2-0. After some careless play in the Monmouth defense, Elder Arantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lenny Hartley. The Monmouth fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lenny Hartley should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Monmouth booed when Club Internacional Miami was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robbie Felton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 minutes, Elder Arantes made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Monmouth's Lenny Hartley tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Elder Arantes scored 5-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lenny Hartley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Internacional Miami's Elder Arantes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lenny Hartley. That made the score 6-0 after 34 minutes of play. In the 38th match minute, Club Internacional Miami was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wallace Potter to maneuver through the defense. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Internacional Miami! In the 45th minute, Wiley Patten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raúl Berger was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elder Arantes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Jake Haynes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monmouth's Lenny Hartley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elder Arantes in the 63rd minute of play. Vito Grace came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Raúl Berger could save by the left post. In the 75th match minute, Monmouth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quincy Merchant to maneuver through the defense. Wiley Patten kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Elder Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Internacional Miami's supporters rose to their feet, but Elder Arantes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lenny Hartley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elder Arantes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Troy Hayes fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monmouth's protests and gave Troy Hayes a yellow card for diving instead. Elder Arantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lenny Hartley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
