Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernie Mathis took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernie Mathis in the 7th minute of play forced L.A. Wolves F.C's goalkeeper Brant Palacios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Roberson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lane Moses having to interfere. Brant Palacios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernie Mathis in the 14th minute of play. Andy Roberson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. L.A. Wolves F.C's Melvin Benitez got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 24 played minutes North Cape May got a freekick which was hit by Theo Crum. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Melvin Benitez managed to get in a good position for a shot. L.A. Wolves F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Melvin Benitez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lane Moses breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Melvin Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lane Moses stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Roberson's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Lane Moses was a little too slow when Andy Roberson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-0. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Melvin Benitez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bernie Mathis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Brant Palacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute Andy Roberson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lane Moses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Melvin Benitez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lane Moses having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Andy Roberson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. L.A. Wolves F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andy Roberson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute Edgardo Blackburn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lane Moses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melvin Benitez in the 63rd minute of play forced North Cape May's goalkeeper Lane Moses to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in North Cape May's zone, Edgardo Blackburn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lane Moses came out of the goal and Edgardo Blackburn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When L.A. Wolves F.C's Andy Roberson in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye North Cape May's goalie prevented a goal. Lane Moses came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by L.A. Wolves F.C's Andy Roberson. But to his dismay, Andy Roberson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 75th match minute, L.A. Wolves F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Elkins to maneuver through the defense. Scotty Worthington lost his temper 78 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 77 minutes into the game, one of North Cape May:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lane Moses made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melvin Benitez in the 82nd minute of play. Brant Palacios made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Rey Castillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Cape May's goalkeeper Lane Moses, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Willy Elkins had to leave the field with a concussion. 95 minutes into the game, Theo Crum was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Cape May's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave L.A. Wolves F.C the free kick. Theo Crum hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the L.A. Wolves F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
