Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Grant Calderon got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Sturtevant AFC's Dylan Washburn got a free kick in the 7th minute. Benito Morin came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Robinson FC's Perry Luna. But to his dismay, Perry Luna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Roy Sorenson hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Earl Starkey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Robinson FC's zone, Bennett Spence stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Drummond came out of the goal and Bennett Spence tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Perry Luna got free with Benito Morin in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Robinson FC's Waldo Crozier got a free kick in the 45th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Waldo Crozier fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Robinson FC's protests and gave Waldo Crozier a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sturtevant AFC booed when Robinson FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldo Crozier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emerson Drummond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grant Calderon in the 55th minute of play. Bennett Spence received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Emerson Drummond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rhett Gibson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Morin having to interfere. After some careless play in the Sturtevant AFC defense, Perry Luna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Morin. The Sturtevant AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Morin should have stopped the shot. 68 minutes into the match, Perry Luna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Morin. Sturtevant AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Perry Luna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Perry Luna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bennett Spence could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Emerson Drummond made a huge save. After some careless play in the Sturtevant AFC defense, Leif Acevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Morin. The Sturtevant AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Morin should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Sturtevant AFC's Grant Calderon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emerson Drummond. That made the score 4-2 after 90 minutes of play. In the 93rd minute, Grant Calderon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Acevedo in the 94th minute of play forced Sturtevant AFC's goalkeeper Benito Morin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robinson FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
