In the 16th minute Cyrus Friedman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryce Witherspoon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Ingram got a freekick which was hit by Blake Sousa. Blake Sousa's late challenge caught a WPB Gators FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blake Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ingram's Blake Sousa got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Bryce Witherspoon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rory Whittington in the 45th minute of the match. Ingram's Bryce Witherspoon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyrus Friedman in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cyrus Friedman was the one to do the kick off. Cyrus Friedman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Bryce Witherspoon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Ingram's zone, Rory Whittington stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bryce Witherspoon came out of the goal and Rory Whittington tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th match minute, WPB Gators FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rory Whittington to maneuver through the defense. Connor Rushing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnathan Peralta in the 62nd minute of the match. Rory Whittington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Bryce Witherspoon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Rory Whittington kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bryce Witherspoon. That made the score 0-2 in the 80 minute of play. Cyrus Friedman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Bryce Witherspoon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rory Whittington recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bryce Witherspoon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richie Pearce in the 86th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Darius McLain put in a rough tackle. In the 93rd match minute, WPB Gators FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darius McLain to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. WPB Gators FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
