Tomas Landry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Hills. In the 6th minute Geoffrey Vasquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Landry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Astrologer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geoffrey Vasquez came free, but Tomas Landry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Landry came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Hills's Geoffrey Vasquez. But to his dismay, Geoffrey Vasquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th match minute, Astrologer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luke Winkler to maneuver through the defense. Ward Doran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Tomas Landry made a huge save. Tomas Landry made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Ward Doran sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Golden Hills booed when Astrologer FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Corona didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Astrologer FC defense, Geoffrey Vasquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Landry. The Astrologer FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Landry should have stopped the shot. Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ward Doran, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Astrologer FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santo Sparks was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Hills's players had a chance to rest. Golden Hills's Santo Sparks was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomas Landry in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffrey Vasquez in the 42nd minute of play forced Astrologer FC's goalkeeper Tomas Landry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Jessie Ware shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Östlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Astrologer FC's Domenico Gallo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ward Doran, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute Golden Hills were awarded a corner. Santo Sparks went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luther Story during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Astrologer FC! In the 84th minute, Ward Doran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 85 played minutes Astrologer FC got a freekick which was hit by Luke Winkler. After 96 played minutes Astrologer FC got a freekick which was hit by Luke Winkler. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Golden Hills had won after a very even match.
