Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Arima's Fitzgerald Scotland started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes, Kieron Shepard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arima and the La Seiva Strikers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of La Seiva Strikers booed when Arima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kieron Shepard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sherwin Camps kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Harold Hamilton-Maurice's late challenge caught a Arima's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harold Hamilton-Maurice helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes La Seiva Strikers got a freekick which was hit by Harold Hamilton-Maurice. Nicholas Baptiste took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vasant Fabien. La Seiva Strikers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ato Millette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sherwin Titus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Vasant Fabien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Stokely Mohammed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fitzgerald Scotland came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Arima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fitzgerald Scotland couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sherwin Titus in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasant Fabien saved La Seiva Strikers from getting behind. Sherwin Titus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasant Fabien having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Fitzgerald Scotland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vasant Fabien. La Seiva Strikers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fitzgerald Scotland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Sherwin Titus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes of play, Arima's Fitzgerald Scotland made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vasant Fabien was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd match minute, La Seiva Strikers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stokely Mohammed to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Arima were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 55 minutes, Fitzgerald Scotland made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. La Seiva Strikers's Vasant Fabien tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th minute Fitzgerald Scotland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasant Fabien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fitzgerald Scotland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Arima defense, Ato Millette kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kieron Kernahan. The Arima fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kieron Kernahan should have stopped the shot. Kieron Kernahan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ato Millette in the 77th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes La Seiva Strikers got a freekick which was hit by Sherwin Camps. In the 82nd minute, Nicholas Baptiste sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and La Seiva Strikers's Vasant Fabien didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Fitzgerald Scotland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arima's supporters rose to their feet, but Fitzgerald Scotland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vasant Fabien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vasant Fabien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fitzgerald Scotland in the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Sherwin Titus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sherwin Titus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Arima had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
