Adesh Jai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Tobago Gulls getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Nyron Sant hit a great ball. Tobago Gulls's Cornell Nakhid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noor Allard in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noor Allard in the 14th minute of play forced Tobago Gulls's goalkeeper Cornell Nakhid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bird Williams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sterling James Boodhoo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Don Bissambhar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lewis Najjar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fuad Boodhoo having to interfere. Tobago Gulls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rampanalgas Rangers the free kick. In the 42nd match minute, Tobago Gulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nyron Sant to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Glenn John hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lewis Najjar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cornell Nakhid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bird Williams, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rex de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Don Bissambhar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fuad Boodhoo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonson Hanomansing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bird Williams in the 66th minute of play forced Tobago Gulls's goalkeeper Cornell Nakhid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Jeffrey Davidson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rex de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Lewis Najjar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tobago Gulls's supporters rose to their feet, but Lewis Najjar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fuad Boodhoo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fuad Boodhoo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adesh Jai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lewis Najjar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fuad Boodhoo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lewis Najjar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Fuad Boodhoo made a huge save. After 84 played minutes Tobago Gulls got a freekick which was hit by Gillian Panday. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sterling James Boodhoo in the 92nd minute of play forced Tobago Gulls's goalkeeper Cornell Nakhid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bird Williams took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornell Nakhid. Cornell Nakhid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rampanalgas Rangers succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Tobago Gulls had controlled the match.
