Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Sanjiv Edwards managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oropune Village United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sanjiv Edwards was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th minute Roger Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Diamond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sanjiv Edwards fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Diamond having to interfere. Sahadeo Granger's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Bertille Jeffers skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bertille Jeffers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grégory Sawh's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trent Stalin in the 22nd minute of play forced Oropune Village United's goalkeeper Bertille Jeffers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Oropune Village United's Bertille Jeffers got control of the ball when Sahadeo Granger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roger Jones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Diamond having to interfere. Basdeo Mannette took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roger Diamond. Eckel Village's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Trent Stalin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bertille Jeffers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sahadeo Granger who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Bertille Jeffers when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Trent Stalin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bertille Jeffers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roger Jones stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bertille Jeffers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sahadeo Granger, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 55th match minute, Eckel Village was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noor Henderson to maneuver through the defense. Trent Stalin struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Bertille Jeffers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eckel Village. After a defensive mix-up in Oropune Village United's zone, Trent Stalin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertille Jeffers came out of the goal and Trent Stalin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roger Jones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trent Stalin in the 70th minute of play forced Oropune Village United's goalkeeper Bertille Jeffers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Diamond made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Sanjiv Edwards sent off a good shot on target. Bobby Ramjohn-Richards hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Bertille Jeffers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trent Stalin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sahadeo Granger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertille Jeffers having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Oropune Village United got a freekick which was hit by Jerren Layne. In the 82nd minute Roger Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Diamond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes, Clive Bissambhar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eckel Village and the Oropune Village United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Eckel Village getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Clive Bissambhar hit a great ball. Roger Diamond was a little too slow when Sanjiv Edwards got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-1. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
