Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stephen Thompson started the match with the kick off. Darryl Ramdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephen Thompson in the 3rd minute of the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Lewis Baldeosingh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orange Valley Fire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lewis Baldeosingh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th minute, Lewis Baldeosingh made a precise shot to the right of Darryl Ramdin. El Dorado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Mervyn Jagdeosingh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basdeo Mohammed read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Stephen Thompson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orange Valley Fire's supporters rose to their feet, but Stephen Thompson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Darryl Ramdin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darryl Ramdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephen Thompson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Ince's late challenge caught a El Dorado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Ince helped the player get up and apologised. Lloyd Hospedales was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. El Dorado's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mervyn Jagdeosingh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lewis Baldeosingh struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Darryl Ramdin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orange Valley Fire. 34 minutes into the match, Orange Valley Fire's Stephen Thompson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Darryl Ramdin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mervyn Jagdeosingh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Mervyn Jagdeosingh made the kick off in the second half. When Emru John Bailey fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orange Valley Fire's protests and gave Emru John Bailey a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Orange Valley Fire getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. After some careless play in the Orange Valley Fire defense, Mervyn Jagdeosingh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basdeo Mohammed. The Orange Valley Fire fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basdeo Mohammed should have stopped the shot. Mervyn Jagdeosingh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
