Stephen Thompson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikela Jeffers having to interfere. Longdenville's Mikela Jeffers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Thompson in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Longdenville's Neeshan Body got a free kick in the 9th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Maxwell Glenn during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Orange Valley Fire got a freekick which was hit by George Maxwell Glenn. Simbhoonath Eve hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Stephen Thompson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orange Valley Fire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Orange Valley Fire's Stephen Thompson got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Lewis Baldeosingh had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikela Jeffers. Longdenville's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lewis Baldeosingh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. A collision led to Orange Valley Fire getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Occah Daaga hit a great ball. Surujpat Medina took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikela Jeffers. Longdenville's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The wind increased when Stephen Thompson made the kick off in the second half. Basdeo Mohammed came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Longdenville's Leonard Harris. But to his dismay, Leonard Harris quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 59th minute, Leonard Harris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Stephen Thompson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mikela Jeffers. The goal made the score 1-3. If Leonard Harris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steve Elcock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steve Elcock in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basdeo Mohammed saved Orange Valley Fire from getting behind. Lewis Baldeosingh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mikela Jeffers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Orange Valley Fire's Stephen Thompson in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Longdenville's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephen Thompson in the 83rd minute of play forced Longdenville's goalkeeper Mikela Jeffers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86thth minute of the game Steve Elcock who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orange Valley Fire's Basdeo Mohammed was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Longdenville's goal looked a bit too open when Lewis Baldeosingh came free, but Mikela Jeffers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Longdenville's Leonard Harris got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lewis Baldeosingh got free with Mikela Jeffers in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 played minutes Longdenville got a freekick which was hit by Steve Elcock. After a rather tough play, Longdenville's Samuel Shah got a free kick in the 97th minute. 99 minutes into the match, Longdenville's goalkeeper Mikela Jeffers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lewis Baldeosingh. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Orange Valley Fire walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
