Oro Crespo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gutierrez. After a defensive mix-up in Audivert FC's zone, Apolo Berrez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oro Crespo came out of the goal and Apolo Berrez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the game, Ramiro Cadiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gutierrez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Audivert FC the free kick. In the 52nd minute Evangelista Falconi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oro Crespo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Audivert FC's Guib Raigada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Bolas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Guib Raigada fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Audivert FC's protests and gave Guib Raigada a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gutierrez getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Evangelista Falconi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Oro Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
