Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaufred Poladura started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Mbaracayu's Simon Acebal got control of the ball when Guib Raigada tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 6 played minutes Mbaracayu got a freekick which was hit by Donatello Mestas. Juan Santistevan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Oro Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Audivert FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Santistevan came free, but Oro Crespo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Audivert FC's zone, Machado Alamon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oro Crespo came out of the goal and Machado Alamon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Juan Santistevan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oro Crespo. Audivert FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Santistevan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Guib Raigada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Gaufred Poladura dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Simon Acebal, 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Audivert FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Santistevan came free, but Oro Crespo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, Mbaracayu's Machado Alamon made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oro Crespo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Pirmin Temporal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Mbaracayu's Valentim Arrese in action when he in the 44th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Santistevan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Felipe Copeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Machado Alamon came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Mbaracayu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Machado Alamon couldn't finish the play. Audivert FC's Oro Crespo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Santistevan in the 53rd minute of play. Machado Alamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Santistevan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oro Crespo having to interfere. Juan Santistevan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Audivert FC's Oro Crespo got control of the ball when Machado Alamon tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Santistevan in the 62nd minute of play forced Audivert FC's goalkeeper Oro Crespo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Guib Raigada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Acebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Santistevan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Machado Alamon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mbaracayu's supporters rose to their feet, but Machado Alamon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oro Crespo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Mbaracayu's Machado Alamon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oro Crespo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Machado Alamon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Oro Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oro Crespo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Santistevan in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Angelino Gamez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oro Crespo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Machado Alamon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oro Crespo having to make a save. After 93 minutes of play, Audivert FC's Guib Raigada made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simon Acebal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Despite being the better team, Mbaracayu failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
