After 4th play minutes Pacifico Binel shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Venceslao Velarde and just under the crossbar into goal. A hard shot by Todor Jetino from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Carlo Pedulles's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Rosarito AFC booed when Cebolla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tito Olivarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Locaio Font hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Tonete Trifol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Tonete Trifol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 27thth minute of the game Tonete Trifol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosarito AFC's Carlo Pedulles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, Pacifico Binel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosarito AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Carlo Pedulles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesario Martinez in the 35th minute. After some careless play in the Cebolla defense, Pacifico Binel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Venceslao Velarde. The Cebolla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Venceslao Velarde should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the game, Pacifico Binel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosarito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cebolla the free kick. A collision led to Rosarito AFC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Pacifico Binel hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tome Galindez to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Cebolla got a freekick which was hit by Cesario Martinez. In the 63rd minute Cesario Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlo Pedulles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rosarito AFC's Javier Artealde got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Cesario Martinez came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Cebolla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesario Martinez couldn't finish the play. Rosarito AFC's Carlo Pedulles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonete Trifol in the 78th minute of play. Venceslao Velarde made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Pacifico Binel sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pacifico Binel got free with Venceslao Velarde in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Tome Galindez came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Rosarito AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tome Galindez couldn't finish the play. 84 minutes into the game, Harriet Ovejas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cebolla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosarito AFC the free kick. Venceslao Velarde had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Felippe Sarralde's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Donato Ribacoba's late challenge caught a Rosarito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Ribacoba helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th match minute, Cebolla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Ribacoba to maneuver through the defense. Tome Galindez kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Tito Olivarez kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The nice shot from Pacifico Binel in the 95thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Venceslao Velarde had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Venceslao Velarde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tome Galindez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
