Martxel Celis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bela Larren in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Yoelvis Abeyta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cocuere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amarillo FC the free kick. Yoelvis Abeyta hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Desiderio Gutierrez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Amarillo FC booed when Cocuere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uxio Parada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Ibarzabal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Forteza went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Savion Canton in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Martxel Celis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sindo Valdero to make the kick off. Savion Canton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martxel Celis having to interfere. Yoelvis Abeyta got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 57th minute, Yoelvis Abeyta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Rosario, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Adrio Puget hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Desiderio Gutierrez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Ibarzabal having to make a save. Martxel Celis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savion Canton in the 69th minute of play. Desiderio Gutierrez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alvaro Ibarzabal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Amarillo FC's Desiderio Gutierrez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alvaro Ibarzabal. That made the score 0-2 after 76 minutes of play. In the 79th minute, Savion Canton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Rosario during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Amarillo FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Savion Canton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palban Alves struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Martxel Celis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cocuere.
