When Olando Ungo fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lima FC's protests and gave Olando Ungo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lima FC's Olando Ungo got a free kick in the 11th minute. Lima FC's Xaver Pidrola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Lima FC from getting a goal against them. Lima FC's Olando Ungo got his second yellow card of the match in the 13th minute. The referee ordered Olando Ungo off the ground. Olando Ungo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes Lima FC got a freekick which was hit by Bahiano Foubelo. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Mikelats Suarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ihu AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikelats Suarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xaver Pidrola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lima FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Mikelats Suarez scored to the left of an out of position Xaver Pidrola, making the score, 1-0. Segundo Troncoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xaver Pidrola having to interfere. Mikelats Suarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Isusko Arandajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Oraa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes Lima FC got a freekick which was hit by Matei Acuña. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikelats Suarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mikelats Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Xaver Pidrola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60thth minute of the game Segundo Troncoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lima FC's Xaver Pidrola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tadeu Oraa made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Isusko Arandajo sent off a good shot on target. Mikelats Suarez took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xaver Pidrola. Xaver Pidrola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Tadeu Oraa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isusko Arandajo in the 69th minute. Argider Celama kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Isusko Arandajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ihu AFC's Aritza Rafecas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 80th match minute, Ihu AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gamus Ocon to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Ihu AFC's goalkeeper Tadeu Oraa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isusko Arandajo. Xaver Pidrola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikelats Suarez in the 85th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mikelats Suarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xaver Pidrola was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Xaver Pidrola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Segundo Troncoso went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 96th match minute, Lima FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahiano Foubelo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lima FC's zone, Segundo Troncoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xaver Pidrola came out of the goal and Segundo Troncoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
