After 20 minutes of play, Sotera FC's Sendoa Oyaga made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erik Souza made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Sendoa Oyaga sent off a good shot on target. Sotera FC's Cambranes Lazo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milian Iribarne in the 30th minute of play. Pabla Ludeña was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 32 minutes into the match. Sportivo Barrio Obrero:s Erik Souza showed great skill when he stopped Meendez Fontecilla:s penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Milian Iribarne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Barrio Obrero's supporters rose to their feet, but Milian Iribarne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cambranes Lazo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lertxun Puellas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sotera FC booed when Sportivo Barrio Obrero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lertxun Puellas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A very good chance. Milian Iribarne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Cambranes Lazo made a huge save. 71 minutes into the match, Sportivo Barrio Obrero's Milian Iribarne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cambranes Lazo narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
