Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 7 played minutes Luqua got a freekick which was hit by Gomez Toraya. If Txomin Marrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, George Buenahora was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yatay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luqua the free kick. A collision led to Yatay FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. George Buenahora hit a great ball. Paz Valdespino, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Yatay FC's Godfredo Sancibrao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Ciaran in the 13th minute of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Txomin Marrero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Luqua's Vidal Rufrancos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txomin Marrero in the 17th minute of play forced Luqua's goalkeeper Vidal Rufrancos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Abaurre got free with Godfredo Sancibrao in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godfredo Sancibrao made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Baldomiro Abaurre sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Yatay FC's Froylan Mariny got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Yatay FC's Godfredo Sancibrao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Ciaran in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Ciaran in the 25th minute of play forced Yatay FC's goalkeeper Godfredo Sancibrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Abaurre who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Godfredo Sancibrao when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gilberto Ciaran's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Godfredo Sancibrao skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Baldomiro Abaurre in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Godfredo Sancibrao, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Ciaran in the 35th minute of play forced Yatay FC's goalkeeper Godfredo Sancibrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Gilberto Ciaran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Godfredo Sancibrao. The goal made the score 1-0. Gilberto Ciaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Sancibrao having to interfere. Donatello Hoyo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Godfredo Sancibrao 44 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Txomin Marrero made a kick off. Baldomiro Abaurre struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Godfredo Sancibrao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luqua. If Gilberto Ciaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yatay FC's Godfredo Sancibrao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Ciaran in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Gilberto Ciaran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godfredo Sancibrao was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Gilberto Ciaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Godfredo Sancibrao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Yatay FC defense, Gilberto Ciaran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godfredo Sancibrao. The Yatay FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godfredo Sancibrao should have stopped the shot. Godfredo Sancibrao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Ciaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Luqua were the better team. Luqua's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
