Castañuela CF's Blas Cabrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Graham in the 14th minute of play. Blas Cabrero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 28 minutes, Jenaro Cuéllar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cevicos UF and the Castañuela CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jenaro Cuéllar kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Cevicos UF got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Peterson. After 33 minutes, Rolando Zabaleta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cevicos UF and the Castañuela CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Castañuela CF booed when Cevicos UF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Zabaleta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castañuela CF's Donald Badía couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cevicos UF. Blas Cabrero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Barreiro in the 36th minute. Blas Cabrero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paulo Barreiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. Romeo Uribe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Trujillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Macedo in the 71st minute of the match. Gabriel Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mauro Quiroga hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ceferino Graham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Cabrero having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Castañuela CF's Esmerling Barjuan got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 87 played minutes, Cevicos UF's Tomas Rivas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Blas Cabrero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cevicos UF reached it. If Ceferino Graham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Cevicos UF's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Macedo came free, but Rafael Trujillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Pascual Páez put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Castañuela CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! Cevicos UF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
