Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tadeo Cerilo started the match with the kick off. Idelfonso Zamudio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manolo Mena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Richardson in the 9th minute of play. Rica FC's Isidoro Heredia got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Arenoso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Heredia came free, but Lucas Valenzuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Arenoso FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Yorkis Gasol hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Federico Bonnelly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tadeo Cerilo came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Arenoso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeo Cerilo couldn't finish the play. Lucas Valenzuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Heredia, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Arenoso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Heredia came free, but Lucas Valenzuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arenoso FC's Lucas Valenzuela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Arenoso FC from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the match, Tadeo Cerilo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manolo Mena. Rica FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tadeo Cerilo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Heredia was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Rica FC's Idelfonso Zamudio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Valenzuela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Tadeo Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Leo Richardson came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Manolo Mena could save by the left post. Tadeo Cerilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Manolo Mena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Cerilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ubaldo Leguizamón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Arenoso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Quintana to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Heredia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Valenzuela having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Ubaldo Leguizamón got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Richardson might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manolo Mena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Richardson ran back to his position shaking his head. The Arenoso FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
