Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Soltani Amsallem kicked off to start the match. Bouzid Sadmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Soltani Amsallem, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. When Hakim Ghozali fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glen Burnie AFC's protests and gave Hakim Ghozali a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Mustapha Madjer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abd al-Asis Hammad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Fodil Hamrouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Abd al-Asis Hammad came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Glen Burnie AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abd al-Asis Hammad couldn't finish the play. Fodil Hamrouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abd al-Asis Hammad in the 16th minute of play. Belaid Bouazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodil Hamrouche having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Abd al-Asis Hammad kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fodil Hamrouche. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. Soltani Amsallem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bouzid Sadmi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Elmwood's Fodil Hamrouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abd al-Asis Hammad in the 30th minute of play. Bouzid Sadmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Soltani Amsallem, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Elmwood's Fodil Hamrouche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Elmwood from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abd al-Asis Hammad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bouzid Sadmi made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Mohamed Azzizi-Kettab sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute Soltani Amsallem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bouzid Sadmi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Nabil Hadjar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elmwood's supporters rose to their feet, but Nabil Hadjar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bouzid Sadmi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nabil Hadjar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Bouzid Sadmi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 69th minute Soltani Amsallem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bouzid Sadmi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Soltani Amsallem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bouzid Sadmi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
