Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Nima in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Aziz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mohammad Mehenni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Aziz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammad Mehenni in the 25th minute of play forced Hampton's goalkeeper Ali Aziz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 28 in the game by Tedj Boutabout from a close distance when the talented Mahieddine Lacen managed to make a qualified save. Eastport AFC's players were relieved. Eastport AFC's Mohammad Mehenni got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charles Benmabrouk hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Nima made a kick off. But to his dismay, Tedj Boutabout quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The tension between the Eastport AFC and the Hampton players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 minutes, Mohamed Djura mouthed his way into the referee's book. After recieving a nice pass, Hampton's Tayeb Saïdi-Sief tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Tedj Boutabout notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Eastport AFC's Mahieddine Lacen. Mahieddine Lacen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mohammad Mehenni struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Ali Aziz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eastport AFC.
