Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Farès Djura started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Jena AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamid El-Kenz to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Rabah Benflis suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdelaziz Timsit during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Rabah Zerguelaine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Soltani Aliche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Yazid Diafat made a huge save. Amar Skif took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hakim Morceli. Hakim Morceli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Rock Rapids FC's Farès Djura got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Amar Skif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakim Morceli having to interfere. If Amar Skif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Hakim Morceli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Farès Djura showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 52 minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Rock Rapids FC's Amar Skif nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hakim Morceli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Amar Skifs short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Hakim Morceli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Yazid Diafat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soltani Aliche's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. When Soltani Aliche came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Jena AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Soltani Aliche couldn't finish the play. Yazid Diafat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boudjemaa Hima in the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Soltani Aliche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jena AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Soltani Aliche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yazid Diafat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amar Khelaifia hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Abdelaziz Timsit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakim Morceli having to interfere. Soltani Aliche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yazid Diafat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Soltani Aliche, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rock Rapids FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
