After having played for 4 minutes, Abdelhamid Zitouni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reedsport AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelhamid Zitouni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boubekeur Ramdani's late challenge caught a Slocomb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boubekeur Ramdani helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Reedsport AFC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Boubekeur Ramdani hit a great ball. Brahim N'Soumer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafik Zoheir Dahleb having to interfere. Tedj Sadmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelhamid Zitouni in the 42nd minute of the match. If Lazhar Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The wind increased when Lazhar Djamel made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Slocomb got a freekick which was hit by Leon Hammad. Tedj Sadmi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tedj Sadaoui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdelhamid Zitouni might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tedj Sadmi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abdelhamid Zitouni ran back to his position shaking his head. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Reedsport AFC! Mohammed Mihoubi shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Boubekeur Ramdani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tedj Sadmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Slocomb got a freekick which was hit by Lazhar Djamel. During the 90th minute of the match Boubekeur Ramdani completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Boubekeur Ramdani a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Boubekeur Ramdani kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Brahim N'Soumer struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Rafik Zoheir Dahleb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slocomb. In the 95th minute Brahim N'Soumer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafik Zoheir Dahleb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
