Mohamed Saadane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fodil Yahia in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tedj Bencheikh in the 5th minute of play forced Garner FC's goalkeeper Mohamed Saadane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hameur Cohen scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mohamed Saadane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Garner FC booed when North Seekonk AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abd al-Aziz Abdessalam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdelhamid Cohen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Heddou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute of the match Mansour Madouni shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mohamed Saadane showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Garner FC's Robert Heddou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdelhamid Cohen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. North Seekonk AFC's Abdelhamid Cohen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save North Seekonk AFC from getting a goal against them. Abdelhamid Cohen made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Mohamed Ben Ahmed Lacen sent off a good shot on target. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Lacen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Abdelhamid Cohen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Hameur Cohen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohamed Saadane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute of the match North Seekonk AFC got a corner. Garner FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sofiane Meriem ran over to the corner to take the kick. After the first half North Seekonk AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Robert Heddou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelhamid Cohen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Heddou in the 59th minute of play. After 62 minutes, Nasreddine Ibrir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Seekonk AFC and the Garner FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Garner FC booed when North Seekonk AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasreddine Ibrir didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Seekonk AFC's goalkeeper Abdelhamid Cohen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Kateb Benyamina fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored North Seekonk AFC's protests and gave Kateb Benyamina a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, North Seekonk AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kateb Benyamina to maneuver through the defense. Hameur Cohen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 70th playminute. Tedj Bencheikh was extremely unlucky when he, in the 97th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. North Seekonk AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
